ASO Specialist – Major focus on iOS Job Type: Full-Time | Bahria Town,Lahore | On-site Job Decsription: We"re looking for a hands-on ASO Specialist with 2–4 years of dedicated experience optimizing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You"ll own our organic growth strategy from keyword research to creative testing with a clear focus on driving installs and improving store rankings. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize metadata (titles, subtitles, descriptions) across both Android and iOS. - Plan and execute A/B tests on creative assets, icons, screenshots, and preview videos using Google Play Experiments and App Store Connect. - Track and report on KPIs: organic installs, keyword rankings, and impression-to-install conversion rates. - Manage metadata localization for international markets. - Monitor app ratings and user reviews; implement strategies to improve store reputation. - Brief the Design team on high-converting visual assets with clear, data-backed direction. - Stay current on App Store and Play Store algorithm changes and policy updates. Requirements: - 2–4 years of focused ASO experience specifically iOS apps. - Hands-on proficiency with ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, MobileAction, or similar). - Deep working knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console. - Strong analytical skills — you can read data and translate it into action. - Familiarity with Apple Search Ads (ASA) is a plus.
