Key Responsibilities: • Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative interior designs for our projects. • Oversee the daily operations of the Design Studio, ensuring efficient workflows and resource management. • Supervise and mentor junior designers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. • 3D modeling and knowledge of software tools is a mandatory. • Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align all aspects of the project with the design specifications and timeline. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work complies with design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. • Address any on-site issues or delays promptly, coordinating with the respective to find effective solutions. • Ensure smooth communication between contractors and the design team throughout the project lifecycle. • Inspect and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used in projects. • Identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the approved design plan. • Document any changes or modifications to the original design plan and obtain necessary approvals. • Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports to management and clients. ________________________________________ Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • 10 years of experience in interior design, site coordination, or project management. • Proven track record of successfully managing interior design projects from inception to completion. • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies. • 3D modeling expertise and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools. • Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
