Collaborate with sales teams to address technical queries and concerns raised by prospective clients Post-sales Deployment: Lead deployment of IT solutions & existing deployed project support ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation & Support process. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support. Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
