Job Description:   This role is responsible for managing, designing and setting the strategic direction of our Master Data stream to ensure high data quality standards are maintained for clients working with ERPs (SAP/Oracle) in line with GreyBeard and Client defined standards. Ensuring data is accurate, consistent and uniform across processes and systems.???    Key Responsibilities:  Creation, update or deletion/blocking of vendors, customers, products, payment data, costs, valuations and production planning objects within SAP/Oracle ensuring accuracy of data and uniformity of information entered.?  Support key change projects in a central Master Data structure design and implementation architect.?  Interpretation and implementation of technical drawings received into the system.?  Maintain adherence to quality control policies to ensure no disruption to underlying activities.?  Maintain records and set up recurring broadcasts/reports/KPIs as necessary and requested by the client.?  Proactively review existing processes and propose process improvements; help drive efficiency initiatives.?  Design and document new processes where necessary including change control documentation.    Requirements:   Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as CS, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, BA or Supply Chain.  Proven experience of at least 8-10 years in the same or a similar role managing Organization level data/System data in an ERP environment.  Strong understanding of Data Management principles, frameworks and best practices.  Proven experience of developing and designing processes including capturing critical information.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Persistent and dedicated mindset to meet occasional project deadlines to keep Change projects ticking over.  Ability to solve problems as and when they arise.  High level of attention to detail and organization to work with complex data sets.  Proficiency with Excel and ERPs.    Additional Skills:   Good to have: Experience with Project Management and familiarity with PM principles.  Good to have: ERP certifications such as SAP Implementation Associate, Oracle or Master Data Management Certifications  Good to have: Experience with Advanced Excel tools such as VBA/Macros    Why join Greybeard?  Market competitive salary  International client"s exposure  Access to state-of-the-art tools and technologies  Positive work culture & collaborative environment  Team building activities.  Competitive Compensation & Benefits such as Educational Assistance, Medical/Life Insurance, EOBI, Off-day working incentive and much more    If you are a highly motivated and experienced BPO Project Administrator with a track record of delivering high-quality projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in Islamabad.
