Job Description
• Obtain & sign off Customer/Website/portals/Newspaper allocation and update progress.
• Review Tender Notice from websites and assigned Newspapers as per client allocation
• Filing of sales documents as per QMS policy, numbered, signed, approved.
• E marketing of literature for ongoing campaigns.
• To Make Technical selection/proposal/submittal on inquiry/Tender timely and completely.
• To Make Quotation (for Regional & Area Office) through CIS, complete with respect to Work Instructions.
• Recording Update and Conversion of Quotation (IOF, PCS, OR, lost, dead) in CIS.
• Updating Live Offer by getting directions from Sales and keep track of busted offer.
• Making Registration & Prequalification Documentation as per requirement. Sindh/Khi region to make and other offices’ to maintain.
• Providing Technical Support to Service Team & Site Visit if required (FF/WW/Booster)
• Visit clients for submission of quotation, collecting payment, GST challan etc.
• Maintain and update service log (only Service TSE)
