Responsibilities
• Build and manage paid advertising campaigns through, Facebook - Instagram Ads, Youtube, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter and Email Marketing.
• Brainstorm and create written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Build Sales Funnels & optimize them based upon analysis of customer experiences with other multiple KPI’s.
• Optimize campaigns through tracking and analysis to shape future decision-making.
• Actively research new techniques and trends in digital advertising practices to inform the long-term changes too.
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight
Key Skills:
• Working knowledge of paid advertising through 1 - 2 years’ experience at in-house Clothing/Apparel/Fashion Store or Digital Marketing/Advertisement agency setting
• Strong analytics and problems solving skills
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing, Facebook & Instagram campaigns, email, social media management.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
• Excellent communication & content creation skills
