The 313 Agency is looking for a motivated, dynamic, and experienced CTO Senior Blockchain Developer to join us. We’re looking for a CTO/tech-lead/Senior Blockchain Developer to become part of a fast-growing and innovative business. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze requirements, design blockchain technology around a particular business model, and build and launch a project on the blockchain network. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with leadership and managerial skills to lead the team to excellence. Minimum Certification & Experience: Full-stack web developer Experience working with large codebases Experience working with open-source projects Strong knowledge of standard algorithms and data structures Experienced with cryptography Experienced with P2P networks Experience with STL, C++11 based on C++ Five years minimum hands-on experience within a similar role Proficient with solidity, react, angular, jquery/javascript, smart contracts, blockchain architecture, and data structure Previous experience with team leadership or management is beneficial but not essential; however, willingness to be a team leader is vital. Duties and Responsibilities: Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic Be involved in the global blockchain community—work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals Document new solutions as well as maintaining that of existing ones Effectively lead the team and delegate tasks where required Identify and develop training for team members Take responsibility and ownership for the team and its work Continuously research the market and keep up to date with industry standards and best practices.
