Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade customer’s networks and in house servers Install and integrate new server hardware and applications Keep an eye out for needed updates Ensure network security and connectivity and keep network up 24/7 Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords Resolve problems reported by end user Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls
