Job Description

This role requires an experienced HR professional with outstanding people skills and the ability to build relationships throughout the organizational structure. You will be able to manage HR programs, oversee employment needs of employees. As the Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for running efficient HR operations for Stella Technology and supporting its employees. From day-to-day people operations administration to various projects that ensure we are continuously improving our employee experience, you will be the point person in many areas that support Stella’s teams. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources with daily supervision from our Country Manager. • Serve as the go-to HR team member for all employees, responding to and triaging, issues, questions, and concerns. Imperative that employees feel welcomed by HR to talk opening about any concerns and any issues are addressed appropriately, timely and kept confidential. • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for non-exempt roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. • With the Director of HR, develop and implement new key HR initiatives and strategy to support the Company’s overall business objectives • Oversee and manage the performance review and goal setting process to drive high performance and achievement of goals • Partner with the Director of HR on projects including, but not limited to, employee career development, roll-out of training and learning opportunities • Assist with the roll-out of change management initiatives, helping to ensure thorough and effective planning, communication, execution, and follow-up throughout the organization. • Administer employee benefits programs, including group health insurance, 401k plan, and leaves of absence • Develop, coordinate, and execute employee experience and engagement activities • Stay up to date with trends in HR best practices and technology, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for change • Work directly with Finance Dept with regards to Compensation, Bonuses and increment increases You stand out by being... • Collaborative: You are especially team-oriented and are able to communicate and influence effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders • Organized: You multitask and manage competing priorities effectively • A trusted resource: You demonstrate subject matter expertise in human resources and can serve as the point person and thought partner for various teams and in delicate situations that require tact and consideration • Focused on growth: You exhibit a strong commitment to your professional development by staying up-to-date with the most recent changes in legislation and human resources trend Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor"s Degree • 8+ in the HR field • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Ex
