Job Description

HR Manager has overall responsibility for the HR function including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, development, implementation and employment policies, personnel record-keeping, compensation and team member safety issues, workforce development, and compliance with HR laws and regulations. Qualifications: MBA or Masters in Human Resource (Preferably MS in HR) 5-7 years of experience Strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills Ability to handle multi-tasking Sustain pressure and remain unruffled under stress and strain Apt in handling and understanding the requirements of the users and finding the most suitable solution to the proposed problems Working hours: Full time position: 8 hours Monday - Friday. Due to fluctuations may be required to work extra hours. Relationships: Reporting to HOD & Work closely with the all technical teams, while maintaining communication with all the other relevant departments.
