Job Description · Design high quality proposals and bidding processes, raising funds from a range of donors (National & International) · Develop project proposals and LFM/PMP etc. for LPP and ensure that LPP is reaching out and empowering marginalized groups · Ensured a consistent flow of new projects that contributes to LPP’s mission and vision · Ensured periodic narrative reports of all ongoing projects are submitted to the donors · Prepared research agenda, conduct research and writing reports on regular basis · Establish and manage a team of Business & Program Development Team · Play a hands-on role, alongside Business Development Specialists in developing and writing strong proposals and concept notes · Play a key role in liaising and prepositioning of LPP for upcoming funding opportunities Ensure donor compliance in program design and work closely with colleagues in Finance, HR, Monitoring, Evaluation and Implementation to ensure effective program design Skills Proposal Writing, Networking, MS Office, Team Player, Negotiations skills, Communication Skills, Innovative Job Details Industry: N.G.O./Social Services Functional Area: Marketing Total Positions: 1 Post Job Shift: First Shift (Day) Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Job Location: Islamabad, Lodhran, Pakistan Gender: No Preference Minimum Education: Masters Career Level: Experienced Professional Minimum Experience: 7 Years (With min 4 years in similar role) Apply Before: Apr 07, 2018 Posting Date: Mar 21, 2018 #fatima
