Share this job Job Description Familiar with DNS administration using the BIND DNS server in Linux environments DNS device configuration, management and operations in an enterprise environment Linux, PowerDNS, BIND configuration, zone transfer, data import/export and/or understanding Windows DNS and Active Directory (conditional forwarding, etc) knowledge/administration to support Windows team for DNS SSH and Windows Remote Desktop Connection usage DNS name resolution Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletions (MACD) DNSSEC support for Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletions (MACD) Updating of DNS ISP infrastructure through zone transfers Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other DNS team documentation Provide DNS engineering support to DNS Architect and DNS team Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software for DNS problems Update and/or monitor Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) as applicable and other equipment proactively Requires the ability to work up to an in-depth understanding of the overall network infrastructure and the ability to provide remote troubleshooting and resolution.
