Job Description Escalation point for all technical issues Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated. Escalation of problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix. Able to work at a high level independently, utilizing other resources with good judgment Able to make customers feel great about their support experience regardless of the outcome via high level, polished customer and relationship management skills Ensuring security and confidentiality is maintained at all times Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support Sound Knowledge in Solaris 10/11 and Oracle Linux Operating system Proficiency in supporting various Oracle Servers (SPARC/X86 platforms) running Solaris operating system Oracle Virtualization, LDOM & Server Sizing Configuring and Administering Solaris Zones and Containers on SUN Solaris 10/11 OS Patches and Packages administration Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills 24*7 availability to provide support services Any other duties as assigned by management
